2009 Grand Prize Winner Jonathan Jones
Jonathan Jones, clarinetist, graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in Music Education in 2008. Most recently Jonathon was the first clarinetist in 52 years to win the Fort Collins, Colorado Young Artist Competition. Along with many successes in America, Jonathan also won the grand prize in the International Music Competition “Citta di Valentino” in Italy. Jonathan recently made his second appearance as a solo recitalist in Italy along with concerts including “The Quintet for the End of Time” at the Maltese Friend Festival. |
